white teas

White tea is grown in the Ceylon exclusively. It is not fermented or rolled and comes from a special tea bush called "Big White". Very costly and vary rare, it is harvested only a few days out of the year and yields a pale golden cup with a touch of sweetness. This is a truly magnificent tea to be enjoyed during periods of solitude and reflective quietness. Below are our current offerings of white teas.
