Payments:
we currently support all major credit cards for online processing. We also accept checks or money orders.

Shipping:
All orders will be shipped by Federal Express, the U.S. Post Office, or United Parcel Service. All items will be insured and registered, and will usually require an adults signature upon receipt. Shipping, Insurance and Handling will cost an additional $10.00 within the United States.

Delivery:
You should receive your order within 5-7 days. Please notify Timeless Tea if you have a rush order; we will do our best to accomodate you. We will contact you to confirm the order and delivery date.

Return Policy:
Merchandise may be returned within 15 days the delivery date. All items must returned by insured, registered US Mail. Please contact us before returning any of the merchandise.
